Its me, your favorite culinary celebrity, the Queen of Sauce! During my many years as a chef extraordinaire, Ive nearly done it all. Ive traveled to the farthest reaches of the world in search of the most exquisite flavors. Ive mastered the most difficult and mind-bending culinary techniques ever conceived. And, of course, Ive hosted my very own smash-hit cooking show on television, where I share some of my favorite recipes from my secret cookbook. But that secret cookbook was little more than pages of scribbles in a binder, not a proper cookbook worthy of the Queen of Sauce name!

So, I finally decided it was time to put together a collection of my favorite recipes from throughout the years. In this book, youll find some of the most popular recipes ever featured on my weekly show, as well as a selection of viewer favorites from around the world. Ive divided them roughly by season, taking into account the ingredients needed and the feeling each recipe gives me.
