About Gerry Johansson

Gerry Johansson (born in 1945) is a Swedish photographer who lives inHgans in southern Sweden. The photographermakes “straight and pragmatic” photographs with “an objective view of a geographic location.”

His books includeAmerica,Sweden,Germany,Antarctic,Tokyo,andAmerican Winter. Furthermore, his work is held in the collection of Moderna Museetin Stockholm, Sweden, where he has had solo exhibitions. Also, Gerry Johansson has been awarded the Region Sknes kulturpris and the Lars Tunbjrk Prize.
