Eden Palmer is starting the new cricket season with mixed feelings. Its been a terrible winter, losing her playing form, her mental health, her boyfriend Matt, and her best friend, fellow player Brooke. On top of it all, shes carrying an injury and cant play. In many ways, shes still healing.

This would be a lot easier to deal with if she didnt have to share the stadium with Matt.

Matt knows its tough for herbut neither of them want to leave the club. He wishes he could turn back the clock, but perhaps hes not cut out to date a professional athlete. If only he wasnt working for her father, the Head Groundsman, who surely blames Matt for Edens emotional derailment.

However, Matts biggest challenge might be to avoid falling for the Scorpions new recruit Brooke. A rising star, shes hot property and has caught Matts eye. Unfortunately, she was the source of all Edens problems, including the breakup.

If the two bowlers cant repair their friendship, the team will suffer.

If Eden cant regain her mojo, her career might be over.
